We set standards in the repair and maintenance of hatch covers, in steelwork, as well as in the associated sealing. For this purpose, we have experienced and highly qualified specialists in our team who can draw on a wealth of experience in ship repair. Of course, this also includes work on hydraulic systems and lines.
In addition to supplying hatch cover sealing technology, we can also repair damaged seals by using an industrial vulcanization process to renew the damaged part of the seal. It is even possible to restore the functionality of vacuum seals at no great expense via this method.
Thanks to our special bonding technology, we are also able to repair seals in the field, directly on site. Our repair process can significantly increase the service life of the seals.

We provide spare parts for replacement or emergency circumstances. Some spare parts, specially produced and further optimized for extreme conditions in the shipping, are a part of our portfolio.

Our product range also comprises steel bearing pads with suitable Metax grease, as well as our GL-certified self-lubricating Löffler pads made of high-performance polymer. Goods by the metre, or custom-made? We manufacture our sealing solutions using the highest quality elastomer according to your specific requirements.

We supply the spare parts needed on your ship, whether standard or not, as quickly as we do special sealants to seal critical areas reliably. We also stock all common adhesives for joining rubber to rubber or rubber to metal, in both 1- and 2-component versions. Our extensive range of container lashing equipment is tested and certified by all major classification societies.

Löffler pads

As a replacement for expensive steel or bronze support pads, we offer you our new Löffler pads made of high-performance polymer. These self-lubricating and highly wear-resistant pads will reduce your costs, as it is unnecessary to lubricate them. It is even easier to replace them. There is no difference in potential between our pads and the surrounding material, and therefore no large-scale electrochemical corrosion in the contact areas. Of course, the material composition of our Löffler pads is GL-certified.

Beams and spreaders

We supply and plan heavy-duty transport systems tailored to your needs. This includes engineering and drafting, as well as the certification of the construction by classification societies such as Germanischer Lloyd.
